What to Make of Tab Trade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

The Broker - The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background tells you something. It says the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. But better than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres institutional desks use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys did the opposite. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.

What You Trade On

You get: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both platforms from the same login. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is offered for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is said to be coming. That will make the platform set once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your all-in cost can sit under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not relevant to most retail traders. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

Infrastructure

The speed is the area where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, you will not notice. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Pair those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the total package holds up. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

Now, the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

However. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. That does not guarantee anything. But be part of your assessment.

What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that works depends on you.

Deposit Bonus

TabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual sign-up bonus. You fund your account, they credit extra capital. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit.
